Þorir Johann Helgason (born 28 September 2000) is a Icelandic footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder for Italian club Lecce and the Iceland national team.

On 15 July 2021, he signed a four-year contract with an option for fifth year with Serie B club Lecce.
