Adam Crookes

Adam Mark Crookes (born 18 November 1997) is an English professional footballer who plays for National League side Grimsby Town as a defender.

A graduate of the Nottingham Forest Academy, he captained the under-18's to the Professional Development League 2 title in the 2015–16 season. He spent part of the 2017–18 campaign on loan at Guiseley and was loaned out to Lincoln City and Port Vale the following season, before joining Vale permanently on a two-year contract in May 2019. He signed with Grimsby Town in July 2021.
