Frank previously stated that Ivan Toney would be fit to start after a hip issue restricted him to a substitute appearance in the recent 3-3 draw with Aston Villa.
While Toney will be ready to start, Frank has now revealed more positive news regarding the status of his squad ahead of the weekend.
"Everyone from last week, when we faced Aston Villa, is available", Frank told reporters at Friday's pre-match press conference.
"Ivan is fine. The good news is that Schade is available and will make the squad, so that's very good news. And Pinnock is available as well."
Schade is set to bolster Frank's attacking options after being restricted to just five Premier League appearances since converting his loan move from Freiburg into a permanent deal last summer.
Having recovered from an adductor injury, Schade will be hoping to make his first appearance since featuring in September's 1-0 defeat to Newcastle United.
Pinnock, meanwhile, has been forced to miss nine matches after sustaining an ankle injury during Brentford's 2-0 win over Wolverhampton Wanderers in January.
The 30-year-old had started all 23 Premier League games prior to his injury absence, highlighting his importance to the West London club.
Norgaard, Hickey remain sidelined
While the Bees are set to welcome back Schade and Pinnock, they are still unable to call upon Christian Norgaard (back) and Aaron Hickey (hamstring).
Frank added: "Norgaard is progressing fine on the grass and is looking hopefully promising for next week. Hickey, I think saw him running out on the grass today. It's just, I don't expect him to be available before the end of the season, so it's a big positive if he is.
Defender Ben Mee and midfielder Josh Dasilva have already been ruled out for the season due to ankle and knee injuries respectively.
Brentford are currently fighting to retain their top-flight status, with the Bees in 15th place and four points above the relegation zone.
Having failed to win their last nine matches, the Bees will be desperate to claim all three points in Saturday's home fixture against basement side Sheffield United.
