Gunners head coach Mikel Arteta has made four changes to the side that started the 5-2 success over West Ham United on Saturday, with Riccardo Calafiori and Gabriel unavailable for selection through injury, which has allowed Oleksandr Zinchenko and Jakub Kiwior to start.
Gabriel Martinelli and Thomas Partey also come in for Leandro Trossard and Jorginho, while there is a spot on the bench for Mikel Merino, who has overcome an injury to make the squad in North London.
Man United's team, meanwhile, shows six changes from the one that took to the field for the first whistle against Everton last time out.
Lisandro Martinez and Kobbie Mainoo are both suspended, while Amad Diallo, Casemiro, Marcus Rashford and Joshua Zirkzee have dropped down to the bench, with new Red Devils head coach Ruben Amorim rotating his squad.
Harry Maguire, Manuel Ugarte, Tyrell Malacia, Mason Mount, Rasmus Hojlund and Alejandro Garnacho all come in, while there is a spot on the bench for Leny Yoro, who is in line to make his competitive Red Devils debut tonight.
