USMNT centre-back Brooks has featured in all four Bundesliga games as Wolfsburg have taken to the Bundesliga summit as the only team with a 100 per cent record after four matchdays. Under new coach Mark van Bommel, the Wolves have also only conceded once - a penalty in a 2-1 win at Hertha Berlin. They also kept a clean sheet during the week away at French champions Lille in their opening UEFA Champions League group game despite playing with 10 men for half an hour after Brooks received a second yellow card. Wout Weghorst and summer signing Lukas Nmecha have shared the scoring duties so far with two goals apiece and should both start again in this weekend's game, although fellow newcomers Dodi Lukebakio and Luca Waldschmidt could provide fresh legs in attack if required. Midfielder Maximilian Arnold is also in line for his 256th Bundesliga appearance for Wolfsburg, equalling sporting director Marcel Schäfer's total. Only Diego Benaglio (259) remains just ahead.
While Wolfsburg have had a perfect start, Frankfurt are yet to register a win and have drawn their last three Bundesliga games after an opening 5-2 defeat at Borussia Dortmund. Kostic returned to the side last weekend to score from the bench as Eintracht claimed a 1-1 draw against VfB Stuttgart. The Serbian winger is expected to be restored to the starting XI going forward in a welcome move for Fantasy managers. The Eagles were in UEFA Europa League action on Thursday, earning a 1-1 draw at home to Fenerbahce, so there could be some rotation, especially in attack. Summer arrivals Rafael Borre and Sam Lammers look set to battle it out for the lone striker position, unless there's a change in formation from coach Oliver Glasner - who swapped Wolfsburg for Frankfurt in the summer - as there was in midweek. Martin Hinteregger may be rested after picking up a shoulder issue in midweek.
