The 37-year-old is currently a free agent after seeing his two-year spell with Paris Saint-Germain come to an end last month upon the expiration of his contract.
Ramos is now weighing up his options and has been tipped to continue his career outside of Europe amid interest from America and Saudi Arabia.
According to Sport, via The Sun, Inter Miami have entered talks with Ramos over a summer transfer and they are just "one step away" from luring the legendary defender to Florida.
The report adds that Cristiano Ronaldo's Al-Nassr had also been in the race for Ramos's signature, but the Spaniard appears to be in favour of linking up with ex-PSG teammate Lionel Messi as well as Spanish compatriots Sergio Busquets and Jordi Alba in Miami.
Ramos's illustrious 20-year playing career representing Sevilla, Real Madrid and PSG has seen him amass over 750 club appearances and win 25 trophies including four Champions Leagues, five La Liga titles, four Club World Cups and two Ligue 1 titles.
Another free agent seemingly on the move is French striker Moussa Dembele, who is reportedly close to signing for Saudi Arabian club Al Ettifaq.
The 27-year-old bid farewell to Lyon at the end of June after five years with the Ligue 1 club, scoring 70 goals and providing 19 assists in 172 appearances across all competitions.
The former Celtic striker now appears to have been targeted by an ex-Rangers manager in newly-appointed Al Ettifaq boss Steven Gerrard, as journalist Fabrizio Romano claims that the Saudi club have verbally agreed to sign the Frenchman.
Romano adds that a medical has been booked for Dembele in Europe and the striker will put pen to paper on a four-year deal until 2027.
Dembele could become one of the first signings of the Gerrard era at Al Ettifaq along with Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson and Scottish defender Jack Hendry, who is believed to be set to join from Club Brugge.
Over in Italy, Atalanta BC are edging close to completing the signing of Almeria striker El Bilal Toure, according to a report.
The 21-year-old has been strongly linked with a move away from Almeria just a year after joining the Spanish club and penning a six-year contract until 2028.
Everton were recently understood to have entered advanced talks to sign Toure, one of their primary attacking targets, but Atalanta now appear to have won the race for his signature.
According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, Almeria have accepted Atalanta's latest offer for Toure worth €27m (£23.2m) plus €3m (£2.6m) in add-ons.
Atalanta have identified Toure, who scored seven goals in 21 La Liga appearances in his debut campaign in 2022-23, as a potential replacement for Manchester United-linked Rasmus Hojlund.
Almeria, meanwhile, have swiftly moved to replace Toure as Romano claims that they have opened talks with Lorient to sign striker Ibrahima Kone.
