Chelsea's business is well and truly up and running after a slow start to the summer transfer window.
The Blues have added Raheem Sterling and Kalidou Koulibaly to their ranks and Thomas Tuchel is set to strengthen further with at least one more addition at centre-back. Paris Saint-Germain's Presnel Kimpembe is a target, as is Sevilla's Jules Kounde.
Speaking of PSG, Neymar has made a decision over his future at the Parc des Princes five years on from his mega-money arrival. Elsewhere, Amadou Onana is the subject of serious Premier League interest and West Ham appear to have stolen a march on the likes of Liverpool by submitting a hefty bid for the midfielder.

Silva going nowhere
Manchester City have no intention of selling Bernardo Silva to Barcelona this summer - despite reports from Spain claiming that the Premier League champions have told the midfielder's agent he can leave for less than £70million.
Barca boss Xavi has made the Portuguese a key target as he looks to rebuild at the Nou Camp - and he is trying to raise the cash by flogging Dutch midfielder Frenkie de Jong to Manchester United. There have now been suggestions that City will cash in on Silva for less than €80million (£68m) if Barcelona can come up with the money.
It has been reported that City have given super-agent Jorge Mendes the green light to seal a deal at a bargain price. But the word from the Etihad is that Pep Guardiola still views the 27-year-old as a huge part of his plans for next season.

That is despite the fact PSG would be willing to sell the 30-year-old if a suitable bid is received.

PSG boss refuses to rule out Kimpembe exit

Kimpembe is on Tuchel's wishlist, with the French champions said to be holding out for £50m.
And Galtier claims he is keeping abreast of the speculation and while he shared a laugh with the defender, he refused to rule out a transfer materialising.

He added: "I like him - he's a great centre-back but what will happen, I don't know."

PSG sign Ekitike
PSG have announced the capture of Hugo Ekitike signing from Reims, despite Newcastle lodging an offer worth more than the French champions.

Reims president Jean-Pierre Caillot confirmed Newcastle's offer was the more substantial one:"We didn't quite reach the sum offered by Newcastle but Hugo Ekitike has always been respectful towards the club," Caillot confirmed to l'Union. "We are happy to allow him to fulfil his dream."
