The transfer window has only been open a matter of weeks but there has already been significant signs of movement both in the Premier League and beyond.

Sadio Mane is now a Bayern Munich player and Chelsea's record signing Romelu Lukaku is on the verge of a return to former club Inter Milan. There are also updates on the futures of Christian Eriksen, Cristiano Ronaldo and Robert Lewandowski.

Arsenal hoping for same Marseille result with Tavares loan
Arsenal left-back Nuno Tavares is thought to be edging closer to the exit door just 12 months after signing for the club, though any move is likely to be a temporary one.
The young wing-back has endured a difficult debut season in North London that has seen him suffer two humiliating substitutions inside the opening 45 minutes of games. He could now be on the verge of trying to revive a faltering career in the colours of French side Marseille.
The Ligue 1 outfit have a history of taking players off of Arsenal's hands, especially when it comes to loan spells. Two Gunners talents spent last term at the Stade Veledrome in Matteo Guendouzi and William Saliba. The former is expected to remain in the south of France on a permanent basis.

Bayern's furious Lewandowski stance
Bayern Munich's transfer chiefs are continuing to furiously deny that Robert Lewandowski is up for sale after Barcelona submitted their first official bid for the striker.
The Polish international has made no secret of his desire to leave the Allianz Arena, with his contract having entered its final year. Barcelona is his preferred destination, with the La Liga giants keen to bring in a big name this summer as Xavi overhauls his squad.
Lewandowski has spent eight years with Bayern, winning the Bundesliga title every season he has spent with the club. He has broken numerous records during his time with the German giants, including for the most goals in one campaign.

Ten Hag gets big Garner boost but loans not ruled out
James Garner has his heart set on securing a role in the Manchester United first-team next season - but a loan to another Premier League club is a possibility.
Garner, 21 played a key role in Nottingham Forest's promotion success last season, featuring in 44 of their Championship matches - only one midfielder at the club featured more. During his time in the East Midlands, he built on his reputation of being a technically-gifted midfielder who looks to have a very bright future.
However, it remains to be seen what kind of a role he will play for the Red Devils next season. He is yet to speak to new manager Erik ten Hag but is due to meet him in early July as pre-season training commences.

Man Utd told prices for Ajax pair
Ajax defenders Jurrien Timber and Lisandro Martinez will cost Manchester United £51.5 million each to sign, it's been reported by the Times.
The two centre-backs, 21 and 24 respectively, shone under Erik ten Hag in Amsterdam last season and the new Red Devils boss is eyeing a reuinion with a number of his former players at Old Trafford.

Newcastle's next five signings
Eddie Howe has begun his summer rebuild by signing Matt Targett with keeper Nicky Pope also now confirmed.
They have a budget of around £80-100m to revamp a side which struggled last season with only one win until January 21… before conjuring a miracle revival and 12 wins in their last 18 Premier League games. Climbing to 11th place was a good achievement, but Howe will be after a good start and targeting at least a top half finish, with 8th position being a par for the course aim if Newcastle keep spending.
The Toon players have a more ambitious target revealed by Joelinton at the end of the season, with European football on the agenda for the new recruits like Brazil midfielder Bruno Guimaraes. A deal for Hugo Ekitike is also in place with Reims, but on-off at the moment as final details are ironed out with the striker's agent.
So who else could Newcastle go on to sign as the transfer window opens?

Man Utd chief 'stunned' over Edwards situation
One unnamed Manchester United executive is reportedly 'stunned' that those at the top of the club haven't tried everything to persuade ex- Liverpool director Michael Edwards to join the Red Devils rebuild.
United are rumoured to be plotting an entire restructure of their hierarchy as they look to do everything they can to restore the club to its former glories. In the wake of what was the worst season in the club's entire Premier League history, huge change at just about every level is required.
Edwards was a central figure to one of the most illustrious periods of Liverpool's recent history as he helped reshape the Reds squad with shrewd investments and analysis-based transfers. He also had a knack of gaining the club large fees for players who had clearly been deemed surplus to requirements at Anfield.
