Transfer Market LIVE: The super team that PSG want to assemble with the Neymar money...

15:04. Paris Saint-Germain president Nasser Al-Khelaifi has just arrived at the hotel in Monaco where Barcelona's leaders are waiting, according to MARCA's Jose Felix Diaz. The two sides have met in the hope of reaching an agreement for Neymar today.

14:49. AC Milan have turned their attention away from Atletico Madrid forward Angel Correa and are now in negotiations with Real Madrid for Mariano Diaz. The idea would be to pay 10 million euros for a two-year loan with an option to buy for 25 million euros.

14:17. Nice have completed the signing of Kasper Dolberg from Ajax for 20 million euros.

14:06. Jorge Mendes has resumed talks with Atletico Madrid CEO Miguel Angel Gil Marin in Monaco ahead of the Champions League draw as he looks to conclude Valencia forward Rodrigo Moreno's move to Atleti. The transfer could be formalised in the coming hours.

13:45. Cagliari are determined to sign Giovanni Simeone and have come in with an offer of 16 million euros, according to Sky Sport Italia, which is one million euros more than Sampdoria's bid.

13:15. Valencia have entered the transfer market to try and find a replacement for Cristiano Piccini, following the Italian's knee injury, and they have identified Napoli right-back Elseid Hysaj, but the Serie A giants are unwilling to let him leave on loan without an option to buy.

12:33. Gary Medel passed his medical examinations yesterday ahead of a move to Bologna and now seems as though the Chilean has signed from Besiktas on a two-year deal.

12:20. In the coming hours, Robert Lewandowski will sign a new contract with Bayern Munich until 2023.

Real Betis want to sign a defensive midfielder before the end of the transfer window and, despite Paris Saint-Germain's Leandro Paredes being their dream signing, Estadio Deportivo state that they are looking at more realistic options in Rayo Vallecano's Santi Comesana and Stuttgart's Santiago Ascacibar. Of the two, Ascacibar seems like the more likely option.

11:15. Roma are set to sign Manchester United centre-back Chris Smalling on a season-long loan, with the Giallorossi willing to pay a loan fee of three million euros, according to Sky Sport Italia.

11:09. Manchester United head coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is ready to wait until next summer to bolster his attack, with Borussia Dortmund's Jadon Sancho being his primary target. The Red Devils have lost Romelu Lukaku and Alexis Sanchez in the last couple of weeks and it appears as though they will have to go through this season with Anthony Martial, Marcus Rashford and Mason Greenwood.

10:45. As part of the deal that has seen Cristiano Biraghi join Inter on loan, Dalbert has gone the other way to Fiorentina, also on loan.

9:52. Paris Saint-Germain have rejected Barcelona's latest offer for Neymar, just four days until the transfer window closes. Radio Montecarlo state that what PSG really want is to recoup the 222 million euro investment they made in the forward, so it seems as though the 150 million euro offer plus Ousmane Dembele and Ivan Rakitic has not convinced the Parisians.

9:33. Giovanni Simeone, Diego Simeone's son, is set to join Sampdoria on loan from Fiorentina with an option to buy for 15 million euros, say reports in Italy.

9:22. Markel Susaeta could be the latest Spaniard to head to Japan. The winger has been without a club since his contract with Athletic Club expired in June, and EITB state that Gamba Osaka could be Susaeta's next destination.

9:03. Atletico Madrid will not let Angel Correa leave for less than 45 million euros, according to Cadena COPE. The last offer AC Milan made for the Argentine was 35 million euros.

8:47. If Paris Saint-Germain do end up selling Neymar to Barcelona and end up receiving money plus Ousmane Dembele and Ivan Rakitic, the Ligue 1 giants would then look to use the injection of funds to add further quality.

Le Parisien report that Paulo Dybala is the player the club are the most enamoured with, and the Argentine, who doesn't seem to fit into Maurizio Sarri's plans, could be available for between 70 and 80 million euros.

Christian Eriksen is another name linked with PSG. The Dane is into the last year of his contract with Tottenham Hotspur and, despite being linked with Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid, would cost around 50 to 60 million euros.

The last name rumoured with PSG is another Argentine, Mauro Icardi. Inter value the striker at 80 million euros, though PSG would have to fight Juventus and Napoli for his signature.
