Billy Sharp is just two goals away from equalling the Championship's all-time leading goal record.
The current record is held by David Nugent, who has 121 goals in the second tier since it was re-branded in 2004-05.
The history-making goal was notched by Nugent in December 2019, in a 2-1 win for Preston against Fulham. But now, almost two years on, Sharp has his eyes firmly on dethroning Nugent.
Sharp, 35, has five goals so far for the Blades this season. Conceivably, a hat-trick away at Cardiff on Saturday would see him usurp the ex-Preston man.
But he's not the only player who will be eyeing up the record.
Will anyone be able to stop Aleksandar Mitrovic from being top scorer this season? Let us know in the comments section
The top ten list of all-time Championship scorers shows a clutch of players still plying their trade in the second tier.
Jordan Rhodes is only six shy of Nugent. The Huddersfield Town forward may be out injured but at the age of 31, he'll fancy his chances over the next few seasons if he can stay injury-free.
Further down the list, Lewis Grabban is on a highly respectable 108 goals. The Nottingham Forest hitman already has eight goals to his name this term and a similarly prolific second half of the season could see him close in even further on Rhodes.
The top-ten list also contains players who have surely played their last games at this level.
Ross McCormack's tally of 120 goals was achieved at five different clubs but his last involvement in football was at non-league Aldershot.
As for current leader Nugent he left Preston last summer, after spending time on loan at Tranmere Rovers, and has been without a club ever since.
Chris Martin is the only other man to notch treble figures in the Championship era.
The 33-year-old has five this season for Bristol City which takes his overall tally up to 102.
Troy Deeney, back in the second tier with boyhood club Birmingham City, bumped himself into the top ten thanks to a goal against Swansea in October.
But QPR's Charlie Austin will be hot on his heels. He sits 11th - a goal behind Deeney at present.
Ex-Newcastle and Forest man Daryl Murphy (93), Deeney's Birmingham colleague Lukas Jutkiewicz (90) and former Watford and Sheffield United poacher Darius Henderson (87) complete the top-ten.
