Since the end of the season, the Blues have been linked with a number of players at the same time where they will facilitate a wide array of sales.
While some of those transfers could be agreed sooner rather than later, the Premier League giants have moved to confirm the players that will be leaving Stamford Bridge.
Of that number, Bakayoko is the most notable, the Frenchman costing in the region of £40m back in 2017 and going on to make just 43 appearances in his six years tied to the club.
Bakayoko, now 28 years of age, has spent the past seasons on loan at several different clubs, representing former club Monaco and Napoli either side of two stints with AC Milan.
Across those five seasons, Bakayoko has made 130 outings in all competitions, yet his performances during those periods never made a playing return to Chelsea remotely likely.
Of the other 12 players, Dujon Sterling has already been announced as a Rangers player, while former Hull City loanee Nathan Baxter is another who exits the West Londoners.
Bryan Fiabema also leaves Chelsea having failed to make a notable impression on loan at Forest Green Rovers, as does Sam McClelland despite getting 30 games under his belt at Barrow.
Derrick Abu, Prince Adegoke, Juan Familia-Castillo, Joe Haigh, Henry Lawrence, Silko Thomas, Ethan Wady and Jayden Wareham conclude the list of players moving on to pastures new.
