Erik ten Hag's Manchester United have beaten Melbourne Victory 4-1 on Australian soil after coming out victorious 4-0 in their previous friendly against Liverpool in Bangkok.
The Dutch coach fielded a starting line-up consisting of Tom Heaton, Diogo Dalot, Harry Maguire, Victor Lindelof, Luke Shaw, Scott McTominay, Fred, Jadon Sancho, Bruno Fernandes, Anthony Elanga and Anthony Martial.
Christopher Ikonomidis put Melbourne Victory ahead six minutes in, but Manchester United managed to turn the game around before half time through McTominay and Martial.
The Scotland international unleashed a shot from outside the box that deflected off a defender before ending into the back of the net in the 43rd minute.
It took just two minutes for Martial to make the most of a Dalot cross, as he scored his team's second from the edge of the box.
After the break, Ten Hag's carousel of changes began, gradually bringing on Donny Van de Beek, Marcus Rashford, Tyrell Malacia, Alex Telles and Eric Bailly, as well as youngsters Zidane Iqbal, Charlie Savage, Amad Diallo, Ethan Laird and Tahith Chong.
Manchester United did not put the game to bed until the 78th minute, when Rashford netted a third, with Edmond Lupancu scoring an own goal to make it 4-1 for the Red Devils.
Former Manchester United winger Nani made his Melbourne Victory debut in the last minutes of the game.
