The teams both dwell in the bottom half of the Serie A standings, but the visitors sit eight points clear of their hosts after last week's win over top-six side Athletico Paranaense.

Goias have found the net just six times on the road; Juventude seven at home, so a low-scoring draw could be on the cards. As Juve have only one win and five points on the board at Estadio Alfredo Jaconi, home advantage is not likely to be a factor in the result.

Sao Paulo vs. Fluminense (Sunday, 8.00pm)

Having experienced contrasting fortunes in their midweek cup ties, Sao Paulo and Fluminense are back in Campeonato Brasileiro action on Sunday, as the pair clash at Morumbi.

Eliminated on penalties by Serie A leaders Palmeiras, the hosts' Copa do Brasil campaign came to an end on Thursday, while Flu strode through to the quarter-finals.

With both of the league's top marksmen on show, goals are almost guaranteed in this clash between two of Brazil's grandest clubs.

In fact, an entertaining affair could ensue if in-form Flu strike early - forcing their hosts to chase the game and leave gaps in behind - and the visitors are best equipped to edge it.

Botafogo vs. Atletico Mineiro (Sunday, 10.00pm)

Just days after both clubs crashed out of the cup, promoted Botafogo and reigning champions Atletico Mineiro clash in the Campeonato Brasileiro on Sunday.

Despite exiting the Copa do Brasil in midweek, either side have been faring well in Serie A lately - but the hosts have now lost back-to-back matches.

Botafogo's availability issues, allied to their struggles in the final third, make Atletico a far more settled unit ahead of Sunday's game.

Therefore, expect the champions to overcome their promoted rivals; keeping the pressure up on future Libertadores opponents Palmeiras at the top.

Atletico GO vs. Fortaleza (Sunday, 10.00pm)

Fresh off the back of progressing to the quarter-finals of the Copa do Brasil, Atletico Goianiense play host to Fortaleza at the Estadio Antonio Accioly on Sunday.

The visitors, on the other hand, head into the weekend on a run of six consecutive games without a win across all competitions and will be looking to end this dry spell.

Atletico Goianiense and Fortaleza have endured an underwhelming campaign so far and find themselves at the wrong end of the standings. The Leao do Pici have lost each of their last five away games in all competitions and we are backing Campos's side to make use of their home advantage and scrape a slender victory.

America Mineiro vs. Bragantino (Sunday, 11.00pm)

After reaching the cup quarter-finals in midweek, America Mineiro aim to improve their standing in the Campeonato Brasileiro when they host Bragantino on Sunday.

The mid-table teams meet at Estadio Independencia, where America have lost only once in the league this season; conceding just five goals.

Undoubtedly boasting the better attacking options, Bragantino can break down America's resistance at some stage, but are also likely to concede themselves.
