Sarr incredibly scored from inside his own half to give Watford the lead in their Championship clash at West Brom.
The Senegal star controlled the ball a couple of yards behind the halfway line before having a punt.
With Baggies goalkeeper David Button a long way off his line, Sarr's effort flew in, taking just one bounce before dropping into the net.
And the goal bore some resemblance to some iconic strikes from former Manchester United stars David Beckham and Wayne Rooney.
"That is one of the great Championship goals from Ismaila Sarr, absolutely extraordinary," talkSPORT's Joe Shennan said on commentary.
"Innovative and absolutely remarkable. From the halfway line, he has beaten David Button the West Brom goalkeeper.
"Sarr had no right to score from there. It was David Beckham-esque, it was Wayne Rooney-like. It's Ismaila Sarr for Watford in the Championship and it's truly magic.
"You won't see a better goal in the Championship this season."
Meanwhile, Chris Iwelumo added: "I think you're right, goal of the season for me."
While Sarr's goal was more than worthy of winning any match, the Hornets could only manage a 1-1 draw at The Hawthorns, with Karlan Grant netting the equaliser just before the break.
The home side dominated the match but Rob Edwards' men had the best chance to win it as they were awarded a penalty when Sarr was tripped in the box by Baggies defender Semi Ajayi in the second half.
Sarr stepped up to take the spot-kick but his weak effort was saved by Button.
Still, no one can take away what was a truly quality 12th-minute finish from Sarr.
