The two world-famous actors stunned everyone by buying the fifth-tier Welsh club back in February.
Having been unable to travel to the UK until now, the new chairmen watched the Red Dragons for the first time at Maidenhead on Tuesday night.
After the dramatic 3-2 defeat - when they apparently enjoyed - McElhenney and Reynolds made the trip to north Wales and marvelled at the club's 10,000-seater stadium.
Having described football as 'evil and gorgeous' after ten-man Wrexham nearly pulled off an almighty comeback at Maidenhead, they'll get their next instalment of National League action when Torquay come to town on Saturday.
In a video posted by the club, McElhenney and Reynolds greeted fans, who are presumably still pinching themselves, wrapped up in one of the feel-good stories of 2021.
But it's equally special for the celebrities.
Comedy may be their trade, but they are deadly serious about turning Wrexham into a global force, making an initial investment of £2million upon purchasing the club.
The pair were visibly emotional at the Racecourse Ground and McElhenney admits it all got a bit too much for him.
He posted an image of himself choking up on the pitch alongside Reynolds, alongside the message: "This is my favorite photo so far. I had just spoken with @kaitlinolson and my boys. @vancityreynolds is talking to @blakelively and his girls. The emotion of the moment had just overwhelmed me. This whole experience has been beautiful. Thank you @wrexham_afc."
