That is the view of someone who has come up against the Leicester midfielder, the former West Brom striker Hal Robson-Kanu.

The Gunners have long pursued the Belgium international and it was widely expected they would go in for him this summer.
With just one year left on his contract, the Foxes would have been forced to make a tough call. Either cash in or lose him for nothing next summer.
It was believed £25million was the figure Leicester were after, but no bid came in from Arsenal. Instead they made multiple offers for Aston Villa's Douglas Luiz.

Tielemans is one of the best rated midfielders playing outside a top four club and there will likely be a scramble for his signature in 2023.
Robson-Kanu raved about the 25-year-old when he joined Kick-Off on talkSPORT.
He said: "In terms of players in the Premier League who are playing at a team where they are bigger than the team and better than the team, he [Tielemans] is 100 per cent one of them.

"I've played against him first hand. He's a top four player. His manipulation of the ball, the way he dictates the play, he will move the ball through the lines and receives the ball in tight areas.
"He will penetrate and hurt the opposition from a deeper place. That's something for Arsenal fans, and the way they want to play, he would have been perfect for them.
"It wasn't meant to be obviously, but it will be an interesting time for Tielemans in the summer."
