Origi, not a regular starter but so often the Reds' man for the big occasion, produced yet another iconic moment as his stoppage-time strike saw Liverpool dramatically claim all three points at Molineux.
The Belgian plays second fiddle to Mohamed Salah, Roberto Firmino, Sadio Mane and Diogo Jota but his crucial goals have made him adored by Liverpool fans far and wide.
And it's clear he's well loved in the dressing room as Robertson jokingly suggested a statue of Origi should be erected in his honour.
Robertson tweeted: "WOW! Unreal feeling. Was a scrap but that's why we always fight to the end Raising hands.
"P.S I'll take my grandkids to visit the Divock Origi statue one day WHAT A MAN, Red heart #YNWA"
Jurgen Klopp echoed the sentiments of Robertson as he hailed 'legend' Origi, however, the German appeared to reveal regret at not starting the 26-year-old more often.
Klopp told Sky Sports: "Divock Origi, the legend, finished it off and it's a great story.
"He's an incredible striker, for different reasons he did not play that often but I hope one day he finds a manager that plays him more than I do.
"He's one of the best finishers I've ever seen in my life. In this great team, with our [front] three, he doesn't play all the time but he is a very positive boy, loves the club, wants to contribute and he did in an incredible way.
"Other results are not really important, we just want to win football games. We played three days ago and the derby [against Everton] is easy to focus on as it's the game of the year, then we start the machine again and I like how we fought today."
