The Foxes hold a 2-0 lead heading into this match and you would think they should have enough to progress.
Goals from Marc Albrighton and Kelechi Iheanacho ensured that Leicester have a healthy advantage over the Ligue 1 side heading into the second leg.
However, Rennes are performing well in the league, sitting in fourth place. They also finished top of their group ahead of Vitesse Arnhem and Tottenham Hotspur.
So, this certainly won't be an easy game for the Foxes and you would think they have to score the first goal to put the tie to bed.
If they don't, and Rennes score first, it could become a very tricky tie to negotiate.

Rennes v Leicester: Team news
The big news for the away side is that Wesley Fofana is expected to play some part in the match.
The centre-back has missed the whole season after suffering an awful injury during a pre-season friendly.
However, the 21-year-old will be in the matchday squad tonight.
Apart from that, Rodgers has the same team that was available to him against Arsenal on Sunday.
Jonny Evans and Timothy Castagne have been pictured in training but aren't yet ready to return.
The Foxes are also set to be without second-choice goalkeeper Danny Ward who has been ruled out for a number of weeks after an operation.
Rennes are set to be without their number one goalkeeper Alfred Gomis after he picked up an injury at the weekend.
The Ligue 1 side also won't be able to call on the services of Jeremy Doku.
Rennes v Leicester: What has been said?
Brendan Rodgers said: "Clearly they're doing very well. It would have shone a torch on our performance to keep a clean sheet when they score four away at Lyon. Let's show we can be a serious contender.
"All of the teams from this point will be good teams. It's about showing our A game."
