The France international made the breakthrough against Atalanta BC in the Champions League on Tuesday night but was then replaced in the latter stages of the first period in Italy due to a muscular problem.
The issue is not believed to be serious, but it will almost certainly rule him out of this weekend's contest, with head coach Carlo Ancelotti unwilling to take any risks when it comes to the attacker's fitness.
Jude Bellingham should be fit despite concerns surrounding his fitness after the Atalanta clash, and the England international will be bidding to find the back of the net for a sixth league game in a row.
Vinicius Junior and Rodrygo both returned from injuries in the European game last time out, meanwhile, and the pair are in line to feature from the first whistle once again, with the latter likely to operate through the middle.
Dani Ceballos was impressive against Atalanta and should also keep his spot, as Aurelien Tchouameni is currently being needed in the middle of the defence alongside Antonio Rudiger.
Los Blancos will again be missing Ferland Mendy, Eduardo Camavinga, Eder Militao, Dani Carvajal and David Alaba due to injury problems, with Lucas Vazquez and Fran Garcia currently benefitting in terms of regular starts.
Real Madrid possible starting lineup: Courtois; Vazquez, Tchouameni, Rudiger, F Garcia; Ceballos, Valverde; Brahim, Bellingham, Vinicius; Rodrygo
