The Gers sealed a historic victory over two legs against Borussia Dortmund in the last round, and they are now looking to make it into the last eight.

However, their opponents have won the European Cup before back in the 1990/91 season and finished top of Group F.

During the group stages, Red Star picked up 11 points from their six games and were unbeaten away from home.

Rangers, though, will be full of confidence after that win over Dortmund, and you can expect an incredible atmosphere at Ibrox tonight.

Giovanni van Bronckhorst confirmed in his pre-match press conference, he would be without Ianis Hagi and Steven Davis.

The Gers are also set to monitor the fitness of Filip Helander and Amad Diallo.

Aaron Ramsey will be in the squad, but he won't start against Red Star as he continues his recovery from injury.

In midfield, Ryan Jack might be rotated with one of John Lundstram or Scott Arfield, with Van Bronckhorst not wanting to run him into the ground.

Alfredo Morelos has scored a host of goals for Rangers in the Europa League, so you can expect the Colombian to lead the line.

Former Inter Milan star Dejan Stankovic is the visitor's manager and he only has one injury concern.

Veljko Nikolic will miss the match with an ankle injury, but other than that, Stankovic has a full squad to choose from.

Aleksandar Katai is the man for Gers fans to keep an eye on, the 31-year-old has been superb this season and has scored 23 goals in all competitions.

"We never speak about individual players. Obviously if someone is fast we will try and stop him, but, generally, Rangers are a great team. We focus on the team rather than individuals.

"It's also part of our motivation. Rangers will have 50,000 people so we will do all we can to ensure we have a good result for our supporters."
