The Stones will enter the contest off the back of a 2-0 victory over Halifax Town, while Aldershot were 3-1 winners over Rochdale in their last match in the fifth tier of English football.
Match preview
Wealdstone were 2-0 winners over Halifax in the National League on Saturday, with Aaron Henry and Tahvon Campbell on the scoresheet in Middlesex, and the result moved them onto 36 points from 26 games this season.
David Noble's side are 13th in the table, eight points off the playoff positions, but they have as many as five games in hand on some of the other teams in the division, so a push for the top seven is not out of the question.
The Middlesex outfit have only lost once in the National League since the middle of November, while they also progressed in the FA Trophy with a 1-0 success over Chelmsford City earlier this month.
Wealdstone's home form this season has been impressive, picking up 28 points from 13 matches, suffering just one defeat in the process, and they will be welcoming an Aldershot side that have lost nine of their 14 away fixtures in the league this term.
Aldershot are looking to do the double over Wealdstone, having recorded a 3-1 victory when the two sides locked horns for the reverse match towards the start of the campaign.
The recent meetings between the two sides have been even, though, with both winning two of their last four encounters, including a 1-0 success for Aldershot in the corresponding fixture last term.
The visitors will enter this match off the back of a 3-1 victory over Rochdale, with the win proving to be their first in the fifth tier of English football since New Year's Day.
The Shots are currently seventh in the table, boasting a record of 13 wins, five draws and 11 defeats from 29 matches, which has brought them 44 points.
Tommy Widdrington's side finished down in 18th position in the National League last season, but they have performed impressively this term and will be bidding to stay in the playoff mix in the coming weeks.

Team News
Wealdstone are again expected to have leading goalscorer Sean Adarkwa at the tip of their attack for Tuesday's encounter despite his withdrawal against Halifax last time out.
The decision to substitute the 23-year-old for Campbell was a tactical one, and the latter found the back of the net, which could mean that he now starts alongside Adarkwa in attack for this match.
Jack Cook has contributed four goals from the middle of the defence this season and will again be in the XI, while there should be another start in midfield for Max Kretzschmar.
As for Aldershot, head coach Widdrington is expected to be without the services of Oliver Scott, who had to be replaced in the 18th minute of the clash with Rochdale last time out.
As a result, Tyler Frost could come into the XI in perhaps the only change from the side that took to the field for the first whistle of Saturday's encounter.
Josh Stokes (16), Lorent Tolaj (14) and Jack Barham (12) have all been among the goals for Aldershot this season, and the trio should again feature in attacking positions on Tuesday night.
Wealdstone possible starting lineup:
Dewhurst; Mundle-Smith, Cook, Mason, Barker; Kretzschmar, Ferguson, Charles, Henry; Adarkwa, Campbell
Aldershot Town possible starting lineup:
Van Stappershoef; Harries, Harfield, Rowe, Frost; O'Keefe, Glover, Tetek, Stokes; Barham, Tolaj
We say: Wealdstone 1-1 Aldershot Town
This is a really interesting match, as Aldershot have a lot of firepower, but Wealdstone are in good form and are also strong at home. It would not be a surprise to see a win either way here, but we just have a feeling that the points will be shared in a tight encounter.
