The French side will be looking for another commanding performance after they thrashed Vllaznia 5-0 when the two sides met in Paris only two weeks ago.
Match preview
After progressing through the qualifying rounds, Vllaznia were presented with a tough group when they were drawn alongside Chelsea, PSG and Real Madrid.
They began the group stage with a 2-0 defeat to the Spanish side, but their last two European outings have been lost by larger scorelines.
Chelsea cruised to an 8-0 victory over Vllaznia on matchday two, before the Albanian champions were brushed aside by PSG.
Since losing 5-0 in Paris, Vllaznia have scored 12 goals across two league matches to maintain their 100% record in the Albanian Women's National Championship.
Vllaznia produced a battling display to keep Real Madrid to just two goals in their only previous home group game this season, and they will try to frustrate their opponents on Thursday.
Meanwhile, PSG are currently enjoying an impressive run of form, and they will be looking to extend their unbeaten run to eight games in all competitions on Thursday.
Despite experiencing a positive run of results, PSG still have work to do if they are to progress to the knockout stages of the Champions League.
With four points to their name, they currently sit in second position with only goal difference separating them from third-placed Real Madrid
After losing to Chelsea and playing out a goalless draw with Real Madrid, Gerard Precheur's side eased to a 5-0 win over Vllaznia thanks to strikes from Grace Geyoro, Ramona Bachmann, Sandy Baltimore, Magnaba Folquet as well as a Matilda Gjergji own goal.
That result has helped PSG record four consecutive victories in all competitions, and after beating their local rivals Paris FC 1-0 at the weekend, they will be confident that they can claim another win on Thursday.

Team News
Kaylin Williams-Mosier will feature in goal for the hosts, and she is expected to be shielded by the centre-back pairing of Sara Maliqi and Gjergji.
After coming on at half time in the defeat to PSG, Maja Saranovic could be included in the Vllaznia starting lineup.
Jehona Shala may have the lonely task of leading the line as Vllaznia look to score their first goal in the Champions League group stage.
As for the visitors, they are unable to call upon the services of Marie-Antoinette Katoto, who is a long-term injury absentee.
Laurina Fazer returned from a spell on the sidelines to feature as a late substitute against Paris FC, and she is expected to be on the bench once again as PSG manage her comeback.
Lieke Martens was an unused substitute for Sunday's league win, but the Netherlands international could be brought into the forward line on Wednesday.
Vllaznia Women possible starting lineup:
Williams-Mosier; Saranovic, Gjergji, Maliqi, Gjini; Ramadani, Berisha, Franja, Cavanaugh, Doci; Shala
Paris Saint-Germain Women possible starting lineup:
Bouhaddi; Lawrence, Ilestedt, De Almeida, Karchaoui; Jean-Francois, Geyoro, Hamraoui; Baltimore, Martens, Diani
We say: Vllaznia Women 0-4 Paris Saint-Germain Women
Although Vllaznia will have home advantage in their favour for Wednesday's contest, we think that they will struggle to compete with a top-quality PSG side, and as a result, we believe that the visitors will cruise to another victory.
