Recep Ucar's men, who are currently 18th in the league table, journey to the Kadir Has Stadium knowing that victory could potentially take them out of the relegation zone.
Match preview
Kayserispor were dumped out of the Turkiye Kupasi on Wednesday as they fell to a 4-1 defeat at the hands of Fenerbahce in their quarter-final clash at the Sukru Saracoglu Stadium.
Emre Mor scored either side of Dimitris Kolovetsios's 17th-minute equaliser before Sedar Dursun and Arda Gular scored second-half goals to fire the hosts through to the semi-finals.
Cagdas Atan's side now turn their attention to the Super Lig, where they picked up a pulsating 4-3 win at Trabzonspor last Saturday to snap their run of two successive defeats.
Having finished 14th last season, Kayserispor picked up 13 wins and two draws from their 26 games to collect 41 points and sit seventh in the Super Lig table.
Unraniyespor, on the other hand, failed to move out of the relegation zone as they were held to a 2-2 draw by Konyaspor when the sides squared off last Sunday.
It was a tale of two halves at the Umraniye Belediyesi Sehir Stadyumu as all four goals were scored in the second half, including Soner Dikmen's game-levelling strike for Konyaspor in the seventh minute of stoppage time.
Ucar's men have now failed to win eight of their last nine outings since mid-January, picking up three draws and losing five, including a 4-1 defeat against Trabzonspor in the last-16 of the Turkish Cup on January 18.
While Umraniyespor have scored the second-most goals in the bottom half of the table (35), they have been let down at the opposite end of the pitch, where they have conceded 45 goals and are without a clean sheet in nine consecutive games across all competitions.
The Istanbul outfit have picked up 23 points from 26 games to sit bottom but one in the Super Liga table, level on points with last-placed Hatayspor and two points off Ankaragucu just outside the relegation zone.

Team News
Kayserispor will take to the pitch without the defensive duo of Joseph Attamah and Majid Hosseini, who have been sidelined through muscle and leg injuries respectively.
They are joined on the club's injury table by Iranian midfielder Ali Karimi, who has missed the last three games after coming off injured in March's clash with Antalyaspor.
Meanwhile, Umraniyespor will be without the services of experienced defender Tomislav Glumac, who will serve a one-game suspension due to accumulated yellow cards.
In his absence, Ghanaian international Isaac Sackey should come in for his 18th league start of the season, forming the centre-back pairing with 36-year-old Alexandru Epureanu.
Onur Ayik staked his claim for a starting role with his impressive cameo against Konyaspor and the Veteran forward could be rewarded with a place in the XI on Monday.
Kayserispor possible starting lineup:
Bayazit; Sazdagi, Kolovetsios, Kocaman, Carole; Ackah; Bassan, Cardoso, Mensah, Mane; Thiam
Umraniyespor possible starting lineup:
Ozdemir; Goksu, Sackey, Epureanu, Atasayar; Gurbulak, Yilmaz, Mrsic; Ayik, Nayir, Sekidika
We say: Kayserispor 1-2 Umraniyespor
Knowing a win could take them out of the danger zone, we expect Umraniyespor to go all out for the win on Monday. Kayserispor have run out of steam in recent weeks and we predict the visitors will take the positives from last Sunday's draw against Konyaspor and claim a narrow win at the Kadir Has Stadium.
