The Premier League season will soon be coming to an end and after a dramatic campaign, attention will turn to players' futures.

Some huge names are yet to sign new deals at their clubs, leaving their future up in the air as we near the summer transfer window.

Manchester City, Manchester United, Liverpool and Chelsea all have key players at risk of leaving while some clubs look set for a squad reshuffle when the market opens.
