Novak Djokovic spotted at Juventus vs Cagliari clash ahead of ATP season finale

Novak Djokovic enjoyed some much-needed time off as he attended Juventus' latest Serie A clash.

The Italian giants were hosting Cagliari at the Alianz Arena in Turin, a match that they won 2-1 thanks to goals from Gleison Bremer and Daniele Rugani.

Juve are no strangers to winning silverware, but the presence of the Serbian star certainly added some star quality to the occasion.

Djokovic is in town for the Nitto ATP Final which gets underway in Turin on Sunday and runs for one week.

The ATP season-finale is the 36-year-old's chance to bring his 2023 campaign to a successful end following a simply stunning year.

Djokovic ends the year having won three of the four grand slam tournaments after claiming the crown in the Australian Open, French Open and US Open.

While he fell short at Wimbledon, the world number one has now won 24 grand slam titles - a record in men's tennis.

Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic has previously spoken of his admiration for Djokovic, saying: "Michael Jordan, I like his mentality. And Novak Djokovic.

"He's from Serbia and he's definitely number one so I have always admired him.

He's a great champion. I want to find out more about how he has done certain things.
