Hellenic League side Lydney Town were forced to postpone their Premier Division clash on Saturday.
The Town were due to play Roman Glass St. George before the pitch was flooded.
Their fixture was one of many to fall foul to the weather over the weekend.
Wet and windy weather across the UK impacted a host of clubs, including Lydney.
However, the postponement did not stop several players turning up on Sunday to see the state of the pitch.

They were met with the entire stadium being underwater, with the club sharing footage to social media.
In the video, a ball can be seen being booted into the middle of the flooded pitch before the players dive in after it.
After swimming across the pitch, the ball is thrown back out of the water.
Alongside the video, the club jokingly wrote on X: "Can't believe I'm saying this… but GAME ON!

The ninth tier side are due to play at the Lydney Recreation Ground again in a matter of days.
Their next home match is scheduled for this Saturday against Thornbury Town.
Lydney are currently second bottom of the Hellenic League Premier Division after 18 matches.
