Gary Neville has launched another blistering attack on the Glazer family - insisting that Manchester United has turned into a "graveyard" for players during their controversial premiership.
The Glazer family have been unpopular with fans ever since their takeover of the club was completed back in 2005. And Neville pulled no punches when it emerged earlier this week that the family were set to rake in around £11million in dividends; despite the fact that the club desperately need to sign reinforcements this summer and appear to be struggling to get deals over the line.
Neville urged the club hierarchy to shun the payments and instead plough the money back into the club. United's new boss, Erik ten Hag, needs all the backing he can get in the transfer market.
And Neville has launched his latest scathing rant at the Glazer family on Friday after it emerged that Christian Eriksen is mulling over offers from United and Brentford - indicating that he could opt to stay with the Londoners rather than move to Old Trafford.
Back in Neville's day, Manchester United had considerable pulling power and were, arguably, one of the premier destinations in European football. But their decline in recent years has been so significant that the allure of playing for the club has substantially waned.
Referencing the transfer tussle over Eriksen, Neville tweeted: "That's why Dividends have to stop for a period. Every penny has to go back into the club until it becomes attractive again. The club has become a graveyard for players. Culturally for owners to take [money] out of a poorly performing business is demoralising!"

It's been reported that, while funds have been made available in order for Ten Hag to remould his squad this summer, the Dutchman does not have cash to burn.
The former Ajax chief has already suffered a number of setbacks in the transfer market and has been unable to add to his squad - which is a concern with pre-season looming on the horizon.
Ten Hag has targeted a host of players that he was worked with in Amsterdam over the course of the past few years, including Frenkie de Jong, Antony, Jurrien Timber and Lisandro Martinez. However, United are being held to ransom by the Dutch champions, who have no need to sell any more talent this summer after raking in north of £50m for Ryan Gravenberch and Sebastian Haller.
Eriksen was another player who Ten Hag has been able to personally run the rule over after the Danish midfielder trained with Ajax late last year following his cardiac arrest at Euro 2020. But there are no guarantees that United will be able to convince Eriksen to turn his back on Brentford - something that would have been unimaginable just a couple of years ago.
