The Ukrainian scored the Blues' first goal of their 2-1 win over Crystal Palace on Wednesday night, his second goal in three games.
Mudryk's overall tally for the season is now four, with three of those coming in the Premier League across 17 appearances.
All of his goals have come from open play, with the 22-year-old not a regular from the spot or on set-pieces for Chelsea.
His total of three non-penalty goals in the Premier League is the same as Saka, who's total currently stands at five in the season so far.
Despite the Arsenal man scoring more than Mudryk, Chelsea fans did not resist pointing out the statistic on social media.

Another added: "Hearing Mudryk has the same amount of non penalty goals as 'best right winger in the world' Saka with less minutes? I know who my starboy is."

"Saka has more goals this season [8] than Chelsea have league wins [7]," a second added in response to their rivals.
