Monday's Chinese Super League predictions including Shenhua vs. Meizhou

Cangzhou vs. Chengdu Qianbao (Monday, 12.35pm)

Chengdu Qianbao will be looking to keep the pressure on the sides above them in the Chinese Super League when they head to Cangzhou Stadium to take on Cangzhou Mighty Lions on Monday.

The hosts come into this match off the back of a 1-1 draw against the unbeaten Tianjin Jinmen Tiger in midweek, while the visitors secured an important 2-0 win over Henan to remain in the top three.

Barring the two losses they conceded at the start of the month, Chengdu Qianbao have been superb this season, and having won their last match, they will be looking to kick on from here. The visitors have not lost to this opponent in their last three meetings, and we fancy them to secure another win in this one.

Sh. Shenhua vs. Meizhou Hakka (Monday, 12.35pm)

Shanghai Shenhua will look to return to form when they welcome Meizhou Hakka to the Hongkou Stadium on Monday.

Another damaging defeat last week means Shenhua's local rivals Shanghai Port have moved further ahead at the top.

Shenhua will be hoping the defeat in their last home outing was just a minor blip, and they can quickly return to the form which had seen them go on a seven-month unbeaten run here.

Meizhou will be confident of claiming another scalp after beating two sides in the top six, but they may find that slightly more difficult on the road.

Qingdao Jonoon vs. Henan (Monday, 12.35pm)

Qingdao Jonoon will be looking to record back-to-back victories when they welcome out-of-form Henan Songshan Longmen to the Qingdao Youth Football Stadium on Monday night in the Chinese Super League.

The hosts have not tasted defeat in four matches across all competitions, while Henan will be aiming to end a worrying run of three successive defeats.

Qingdao ended their worrying run of results with a 5-0 thrashing at home last time out, and Gomez's men will be confident of producing a similar scenario on Monday night.

Henan find themselves in a bit of a rut and are unlikely to earn a result at Qingdao Youth Football Stadium, but the visitors should be able to keep the match competitive.
