The Merseysiders currently sit seven points clear at the top of the table and two of their standout performers this season have been Mohamed Salah and Ryan Gravenberch, with their recent form recognised with a nomination for this month's individual prize.
In-form attacker Salah notched up four goals and one assist in three victories for Liverpool in November, including a brace in a 3-2 comeback win over Southampton at St Mary's.
Gravenberch, meanwhile, has excelled in a defensive midfield role under Arne Slot this term and played every minute for the Reds last month, helping them beat Brighton & Hove Albion (2-1) and Aston Villa (2-0) before setting up Salah for one of his goals against Southampton.
Arsenal are currently one of Liverpool's nearest challengers for top-flight glory and two players who have played a significant role in their recent upturn in form are Bukayo Saka and Martin Odegaard.
While Gunners Starboy Saka produced two goals and a joint-high three assists across four games in November, including three goal contributions in a 5-2 win at West Ham United, captain Odegaard has recorded one goal and two assists in three impressive PL appearances since returning from injury.
Fernandes, Cunha, Pedro, Wissa also up for POTM award
Elsewhere, Manchester United skipper Bruno Fernandes has been nominated for November's POTM after helping Ruben Amorim's team go unbeaten through the entire month, creating a league-high 14 chances in the process. After scoring in a 1-1 draw with Chelsea, the Portuguese starred with two goal involvements (one goal, one assist) in a 3-0 win over Leicester City.
Wolverhampton Wanderers star Matheus Cunha has also been nominated after directly contributing to six goals - scoring three and setting up three - across four matches. The forward scored an assisted as he inspired Gary O'Neil's side to a 2-0 win over Southampton - their first victory of the season - before netting a superb brace and setting up another goal in a thumping 4-1 success at Fulham.
Another Brazilian who enjoyed a memorable November was Brighton & Hove Albion's Joao Pedro, who was directly involved in four goals in only 161 minutes of Premier League action, scoring and assisting as a substitute in a 2-1 comeback win over Manchester City, before doing the same from the start in another victory by the same scoreline against Bournemouth.
Brentford striker Yoane Wissa completes the eight-man shortlist for November after scoring three times from just four shots on target. A brace in a 3-2 win over Bournemouth was followed by a strike in the Bees' 4-1 triumph over Leicester, taking his goal tally for the campaign to eight in only 10 games.
All eight nominees are in contention to follow in the footsteps of Erling Haaland, Cole Palmer and Chris Wood, who won the previous three Player of the Month awards in August, September and October respectively.
Public votes, which can be made on the Premier League's official website, will be combined with those of a panel of football experts to decide the winner, with the results to be revealed next week.
