According to trusted transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano, the Netherlands international has agreed to join the LaLiga giants and negotiations over a fee are now taking place between the two clubs.
Ronald Koeman, who was appointed Barcelona manager last month following Quique Setien's dismissal, is keen to add Depay to his ranks as he looks to rebuild Barca's squad following the club's calamitous 2019/20 campaign.
The Catalans lost their LaLiga crown to Real Madrid and were later humiliated by Bayern Munich in the quarter-finals of the Champions League, losing 8-2 to the eventual champions.
Koeman is also interested in signing Georginio Wijnaldum from Liverpool, Romano added.
Memphis Depay have agreed personal terms with Barcelona after contacts started days ago. But final agreement is still to be reached between Barça and OL - talks ongoing.
Barça are negotiating also with Wijnaldum agents - no opening bid to Liverpool yet.
