The Anfield favourite is no stranger to both dazzling and infuriating fans, players and managers all in a single game.
A player that revelled in the dark arts of the game, the 36-year-old is widely regarded as one of the most gifted player of his generation, but also for being a world class troll.
That was evident on October 28, 2012, when his Liverpool side faced Everton away at Goodison Park in the first Merseyside derby of the season.
Going into the match, then-Toffees boss Moyes accused Suarez of diving as he stated his reaction to a Jack Rodwell tackle the previous campaign saw the midfielder red carded.
Moyes claimed he feared that the forward could influence the referee on making another hasty decision.

He said at the time: "People talk about the sendings-off in these derbies [20 of them] without talking about the decisions.
"Last year's one was a dive and a really poor decision by the referee. It ruined the game."
He added: "I think he [Suárez] has got history. But I'm not the referee.
"What it will do is turn the supporters away from football because they [players who dive] are very good at it.

"It's a hard job for the referees, it really is, but it will turn supporters away from it if they think players are conning their way to results. People like to see things done correctly."
It turned out to be the worst thing that Moyes could have said, as he was made to eat his words just 14 minutes into the Merseyside derby.
Liverpool struck first thanks to Suarez's deflected strike from a narrow angle, which was later credited as a Leighton Baines own goal, before he proceeded to sprint towards the dugout.
As he approached the Everton bench, Suarez jumped up, leapt in the air like a salmon and dived on the ground, before spreading his arms wide in front of Moyes.
It is a celebration that has gone down in Premier League folklore, with Moyes thankfully seeing the funny side.
Though that may have something to do with the fact that his side clawed back a two-goal deficit - after Suarez had doubled Liverpool's lead - to draw 2-2.
He would have also been delighted after Suarez had a goal ruled out for offside in injury time, despite replays showing he was clearly on.
Speaking immediately after the four-goal thriller, the Scotsman joked that he would have done the same to Suarez had Everton have nicked a late winner.
He remarked: "I thought [the celebration] was great. I actually quite liked that. It's the sort of thing I might have done if we'd scored at the end.
"I was going to do it if we'd scored a third. I just think you have to be careful what you do.
"What the players do on the pitch sometimes has an effect on the crowd. He is going to have to dive in front of a lot of managers now."
Everton proved to be one of Suarez's favourite teams to play against having chipped in with five goals and four assists in six Merseyside derbies.
Never on the losing side against the Toffees, Suarez was a constant thorn in their side.
