Without key players such as Kalvin Phillips and Patrick Bamford, the Whites' season went from bad to worse, suffering their joint-heaviest league defeat of all-time.
Injuries don't help, but Bielsa's man-for-man tactics were brutally exposed by Pep Guardiola's rampant Premier League champions, leaving Leeds loitering dangerously close to the relegation zone.
The Argentine manager, affectionately nicknamed 'El Loco', remains something of a cult hero in Yorkshire for ending their 16-year exodus from the Premier League.
And his famous high-octane philosophy has earned plenty of plaudits as he led Leeds back to the Premier League after a 16-year exile and then to a ninth placed finish in the top-flight last season.
But Jack the Whites fan believes Bielsa gets too much credit and wants to see a change in the Elland Road dugout.
Jack told talkSPORT: "He's got to go, simply. That's all I've got to say on that matter.
"He's a great manager, he's done what he's done for us. But for Leeds fans to regard him as one of our greatest managers is a joke.
"You look at Don Revie, Howard Wilkinson, David O'Leary. Even Kevin Blackwell and Simon Grayson. They're all names that stick out more than Bielsa.
"He's done a great job for the club, don't get me wrong. But I think he's not what people make him out to be at all.
"We're getting found out this season. It's a simple as that.
"There's no 'plan B' with the club. Bielsa is very stubborn with his tactics, not learning the language and all the rest of it. It doesn't add up for me.
"There are managers out there. I'll throw a couple of names out there now.
"I'm a big admirer of Sam Allardyce. Even Steve Bruce, I'd have him in charge."
That last comment stunned Sports Bar host Jamie O'Hara, and former Leeds defender Danny Mills defended Bielsa on Wednesday morning's talkSPORT Breakfast Show.
Having described City's performance as 'one of their best ever', Mills questioned Leeds' recent recruitment amid their ongoing injury crisis.
Mills told talkSPORT: "People will blame Bielsa, but that's what he does. That's how he plays. People loved it when it was going well.
"I think recruitment has been a little bit, not poor, but they've got a lot of senior players heading towards their thirties who have been fantastic for the club.
"They've got a lot of teenagers coming through. But they don't have a lot in the middle.
"They don't have a lot of 24 or 25-year-olds who can just drop in. And I think that's a big problems for them."
