The Reds take on Watford in the Premier League's Saturday lunchtime kick-off without key Brazilian duo Alisson and Fabinho.
Both players played in their country's 4-1 victory over Uruguay less than 48 hours ago and have been sent straight to Spain ahead of the Champions League clash with Atletico Madrid.
Liverpool boss Klopp hit out at the schedule in his Friday press conference and his frustrations spilled over into his pre-match interview with BT Sport.
He said: "Because we play at 12:30 they had no chance. If we played tonight they would be here and we would give it a try.
"The broadcasters wanted us to play at 12:30pm. Thank you very much for your help again."
Of course, Fabinho and Alisson would've struggled to play at any time on Saturday, with Thiago Silva out for Chelsea in their evening clash against Brentford.
And it's not the first time Klopp has criticised BT Sport.
Back in November 2020, he blamed the broadcaster for a James Milner injury during a lunchtime clash with Brighton.
