Joe Cole is hoping Jesse Lingard will resist all other offers this summer and stay at West Ham.
The England midfielder has been brilliant since joining West Ham on loan earlier this season, scoring eight goals in nine Premier League appearances for them.
He's due to return to parent club Manchester United in the summer, however, his excellent form has led to suggestions he could make his Hammers move permanent.
But Lingard's heroics have reportedly caught the eye of a number of top European clubs too, including Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain and Inter Milan.
The 28-year-old has shot himself into contention to be in the England squad for the rescheduled Euro 2020 finals but it seems he'll also have a big decision to make this summer. And former Hammer Joe Cole joined talkSPORT to offer his advice to the player.
Cole said: "If you're at a club where you feel loved and you're playing, just stay!
"There's nothing better. Fans are going to love it when they come back in watching Jesse, he's a West Ham player.
"I'm happy for him and the West Ham fans and I'm just hoping he doesn't get tempted into maybe going to a bigger club because he's found a platform for himself."
Lingard and West Ham are currently on track for a surprise top four finish and can strengthen their push to qualify for next season's Champions League when they take on Newcastle on Saturday lunchtime.
