Ighalo shows life of luxury in Saudi Arabia on £173m jet that includes gold throne

Former Manchester United star Odion Ighalo has given fans a glimpse of his life of luxury in Saudi Arabia.

The one-time Watford ace is now plying his trade in the Middle East with Saudi Pro League side Al-Hilal.

Ighalo was the league's third top scorer last season, managing 19 goals, as his side ended the campaign third in the standings.

The 34-year-old has since given fans a glimpse of what could await players, should they swap the Premier League for Saudi's riches.

Ighalo can be seen inside a luxury plane after posting a video on social media.

The reported £173m jet has previously been chartered by Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, a Saudi billionaire, and fan of Al-Hilal.

In images released online by the star, seats have been removed inside the Boeing 747-400 to make way for luxury items, including a dining room and gold throne.

In the clip, the Nigeria international can be seen walking around mouthing the word 'wow', clearly taken back by what he is witnessing.

The striker can also be seen in the planes cockpit, whilst showing off the various lounges it has to offer.

Many Premier League stars have opted to join forces in Saudi Arabia, and have previously come under criticism from Jamie Carragher and Gary Neville.

Reports are claiming the club are preparing his medical tests should they receive the green light from the 32-year-old Brazilian star.
