City were forced to play 60 minutes of the match with ten men as Sergio Gomez was sent off for pulling Hakon Arnar Haraldsson to the ground with the Copenhagen star through on goal.

The decision to send Gomez off came after a VAR review, the third in quick succession in what was a truly bonkers first half.
Rodri's stunning goal was later disallowed after the ball hit Riyad Mahrez on the hand earlier in the move.

The Premier League champions were then awarded a penalty for a handball following a VAR review, but Mahrez's effort was saved by Kamil Grabara.
The second half was significantly less eventful but Kevin De Bruyne and Joao Cancelo had efforts well saved by Grabara.
Despite their lack of attacking threat, Pep Guardiola opted not to bring Haaland on with City facing Liverpool in the Premier League on Sunday.
The draw sees City miss out on the chance to seal their place in the last-16 of the competition, however, their place will be confirmed if Borussia Dortmund beat Sevilla later on Tuesday night.
