Qatar SC's 29-year-old Algerian striker Youcef Belaili scored a sensational goal from just over the half-way line to seal a 2-0 win away to Al Gharafa in the Qatar Stars League on Saturday.

It came in added time at the end of the match after Belaili had opened the scoring for the visitors on 69 minutes.

With the victory, Qatar SC - who were previously without a win and started the day bottom of the 12-team table - are now eighth, five points and five places below their hosts.
