Friday's Chinese Super League predictions including Shanghai Port vs. Nantong Zhiyun

Henan Songshan Longmen will have the chance to leapfrog over their opponents on Friday with a victory as they host ninth-placed Zhejiang Professional.

There are just three points and one place between the two teams in the Chinese Super League heading into this game, giving both plenty to play for.

While Henan Songshan Longmen have the home advantage for this fixture, it is the visitors who are in fine form as of late, and their attacking qualities will likely prove to be too much in this match.

Shanghai Port vs. Nantong Zhiyun (Friday, 12.35pm)

Fresh off the back of their first defeat of the season, Shanghai Port welcome Nantong Zhiyun to the Pudong Football Stadium in round 12 of the Chinese Super League on Friday.

The visitors moved away from the bottom of the table last time out courtesy of a deserved win over Qingdao Hainiu and will look to build on that result.

Wuhan TT vs. Shandong (Friday, 12.35pm)

Shandong Taishan will attempt to claim a fourth consecutive victory when they travel to the Wuhan Sports Centre to face Wuhan Three Towns on Friday.

The hosts, who occupy eighth position in the Chinese Super League table, will be looking to claim their first home win of the Chinese Super League season.

Although Wuhan got the better of Shandong in the Super Cup, they have been hampered by a number of draws in their league campaign, and we think that they will be held to another point on Friday.

Meizhou Hakka vs. Cangzhou (Friday, 12.35pm)

Meizhou Hakka will be looking to end their dreadful winless run when they host fellow strugglers Cangzhou Mighty Lions at Huitang Stadium on Friday in the Chinese Super League.

The hosts have lost their last two and sit precariously above the relegation zone, whilst Cangzhou were also on the losing side last time out.

Meizhou are enduring a terrible run of form in the Chinese Super League but should be confident of earning a result against a Cangzhou side who were dismantled in their last away outing.

The Mighty Lions will fancy taking on Hakka considering the hosts' poor recent record - they should be good enough to force a share of the spoils on Friday night.

Dalian Pro vs. Beijing Guoan (Friday, 12.35pm)

Aiming to pick up a first win in 11 matches, Dalian Pro will do battle against Beijing Guoan on Friday in round 12 of the 2023 Chinese Super League season.

On the other hand, the away side make the trip to Dalian Sports Center Stadium currently on a run of one defeat from their most recent eight outings.
