In 2013-14, the Baggies were battling to avoid the drop in their fourth successive campaign in the top-flight when things started to get a little bit too close for comfort.
Ben Foster was a part of Pepe Mel's side and as the season moved into mid-April, the need to pick up points was becoming increasingly important.
A home match against Cardiff City was seen as a relegation six-pointer and after going 3-2 up, West Brom were working tirelessly to secure all three points.
Unfortunately, a moment of selfish play from Saido Berahino proved costly with the match ending 3-3, leading to an almighty dressing room scrap.
Speaking on talkSPORT Drive, Foster said: "The best one I've seen was at West Brom and it was James Morrison and Saido Berahino.
"We were playing Cardiff and we were 3-2 up and it was the last minute of the game and we're just trying to kill the game.
"We get the ball and we break and instead of running to the corner flag, Saido tries to score another goal.
"They tackle him, break down the other end, they hit the post and it goes in. Oh my god, 3-3 in the last minute, fuming.
"We get in the changing rooms and James Morrison is the first one in there and I think he swung for Saido, physically swung, but don't think he's connected much.
"Anyway, at that time we're all starting to come into the changing room and Mozza has tried to push him into a corner as well.
"Saido's a big lad, you know. Saido is a big, strong lad and so Mozza has tried to push him and Saido is just like 'no, I'm not having this' and so he's grabbing him.
"It would have only gone one way, to be honest with you, but by that time, thankfully, we had just come in and we managed to break them up."
