The FA Cup second round gets underway this evening, with non-league and EFL sides hoping to be in the hat for round three.

All 20 Premier League and 24 Championship clubs enter this iconic competition at this stage, meaning there is a big chance for shocks.

Arsenal went out of the FA Cup on the first attempt last season following a home defeat to Liverpool, who eventually fell to Manchester United en route to their Wembley triumph in May.

The FA Cup third-round weekend is always one of the highlights of the football calendar, and the draw is fast approaching.

The third round is set to take place over the weekend Saturday, January 11 and Sunday, January 12.
