Sancho reacted to Ten Hag's comments on why he was left out of Manchester United's squad for their 3-1 defeat to Arsenal on Sunday.
The Man United boss said Sancho wasn't selected due to his 'performance in training' and this led to a dispute between the pair.
In reaction to his manager's reasoning, the winger posted on social media saying: "Please don't believe everything you read! I will not allow people saying things that is completely untrue.
"I have conducted myself in training very well this week. I believe there are other reasons for this matter that I won't go into, I have been a scapegoat for a long time which isn't fair!
"All I want to do is play football with a smile on my face and contribute to my team.

"I respect all decisions that are made by the coaching staff, I play with fantastic players and grateful to do so which I know every week is a challenge. I will continue to fight for this badge no matter what!"
And this isn't the first time Ten Hag has fallen out with one of his players, with Sancho already the third Man United star to have been involved in a feud.
Cristiano Ronaldo
Cristiano Ronaldo's return to Old Trafford did not work out the way anyone would have expected.
Ronaldo re-joined Man United under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer in 2021 but things quickly turned sour after Ten Hag's arrival one year later.

The 38-year-old was benched consistently with rumours swirling over why Ten Hag would not start one of the greatest ever football players.
And then Ronaldo turned to an incredible interview with Piers Morgan on TalkTV to reveal all his true feelings on the situation with his manager.
He revealed that he thought Ten Hag was trying to force him out of the club, saying: "Yes. Not only the coach, but the other two or three guys around the club. I felt betrayed."
Ronaldo continued: "I don't have respect for him [Ten Hag] because he doesn't show respect for me. If you don't have respect for me, I'm never gonna have respect for you."
Due to his comments, Man United would end up terminating Ronaldo's contract.
Zidane Iqbal
Zidane Iqbal is another player who has felt Ten Hag's wrath at Man United.
The highly-rated youngster spent over a decade at Old Trafford but he only made one appearance for the club.
And this could be down to Ten Hag's impression of him during training last summer.
During a pre-season training session, the manager was filmed shouting at Iqbal, yelling: "Keep the ball on the floor... Zidane! Hey! Keep the ball! F***ing rubbish!"
The rant showed the Dutchman's brutal nature with players even in training, with high standards demanded at all times.
After barely featuring since the incident, Iqbal was then sold to Utrecht during this transfer window.
Noa Lang
Noa Lang was also a victim of Ten Hag's high standards at Ajax.
During a Dutch Cup clash against Telstar in 2019, footage was revealed to show Ten Hag shouting at Lang.
The manager said: "Noa! You have to run deep!"
This was met with a reply which was seemingly Lang dismissing the comments.
And this sent Ten Hag into a rage, shouting: "You have to shut up, you have to listen, you just need to do it.
"No! Cut it out, it's our game not yours."
Ten Hag would then eventually sell Lang, signing former Liverpool star Ryan Babel in the following January window to take his place.
After leaving Ajax, the winger opened up on his relationship with Ten Hag, saying he never wants to speak to him again.
"It is clear that things were not right between the trainer and me," Lang explained.
"Everyone loved me at Ajax, except for one person.
"Many people think I am a funny, cheerful little guy who can also play football well. However, not everyone could do with that.
"The moment I indicated that a transfer would be better, I was no longer in the trainer's plans.
"I wanted to be loaned, but he was so angry that he wanted to sell me. Not the management, but the trainer got his way.
"No, I never spoke to him again and I don't want to. A new chapter has started and I'm going to make it a success."
Andre Onana
Even Andre Onana got on the wrong side of Ten Hag during his time in the Netherlands.
Onana was booed off the pitch by Ajax fans after making a mistake and speaking about the incident post-match he said he 'did not give a s***'.
The goalkeeper already knew he was going to be leaving the club and Ten Hag was not happy with his attitude in his final appearances.
This led to the boss dropping Onana from his squad completely for Ajax's Dutch Cup final in 2022.
That game was the last for Ajax for both manager and player with their relationship ending on a frosty note.
