The game will take place on July 29 in the Toffees final match ahead of the new campaign, against a side that Everton left-back Vitaliy Mykolenko played for until January.
Tickets are priced at £15 for adults and £5 for concessions, while supporters can add a donation up to £10 to bolster the total that will go towards humanitarian charities helping Ukraine.
Everton wore the logo of the Disasters Emergency Committee Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal on their shirt for the final ten Premier League games last season, and donated £250,000 to the cause, which was matched by majority shareholder Farhad Moshiri and chairman Bill Kenwright.
Goodison Park was also host to some poignant scenes on February 26, two days after Russian troops invaded Ukraine.
Everton welcomed Manchester City for the fixture, with Mykolenko and City's Oleksandr Zinchenko two of three Ukrainians in the league alongside West Ham's Andriy Yarmolenko.
Players walked out in Ukraine flags and t-shirts before the song 'He ain't heavy, he's my brother' was played out, provoking tears from the defenders who embraced pre-match.
Everton later suspended deals with a number of Russian sponsors and Mykolenko was seen hitting out at Russian footballers on his Instagram account.
Frank Lampard's side are currently on a pre-season tour of the US where they take on Arsenal and Minnesota United, before returning to England to face Blackpool and Dynamo Kyiv. They then begin their season against Chelsea on August 6.
