Happy with that, Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester City fans?
Liverpool supporters are likely to be the most jubilant after the draw as they will avoid facing either of their Premier League rivals until at least the final, should they make it that far. Benfica are, on paper, one of the more favourable teams to face in the quarters, too.
As for Manchester City, they will be confident of beating Atletico Madrid as they are firm favourites to win the Champions League this summer.
Chelsea versus Real Madrid has the potential to be the match-up of the quarter-finals and whichever team advances will take huge confidence into the semis.

Chelsea quarter-final to be reversed
Chelsea will in fact travel to the Spanish capital for their first leg against Real Madrid, despite the draw setting the tie the other way round.
This is because the two Madrid clubs cannot play at home in the same leg. Atletico Madrid have been drawn away to Manchester City in their first leg.
Atletico's tie takes precedence as they qualified for the Champions League as La Liga champions.

The 'home' team for the final at Stade de France will be one of Benfica, Liverpool, Villarreal or Bayern Munich.

Plea for peace
UEFA chiefs called for "peace" in Europe as they reminded us the final will no longer take place at the Gazprom Arena in Saint Petersburg in light of Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
It will instead take place at the Stade de France in Paris on 28 May.

United exit to Atletico
Manchester United suffered another blow in their troubled season on Tuesday night as they exited the Champions League with defeat by Atletico Madrid.
Anthony Elanga rescued a draw at the Wanda Metropolitano in the first leg but Renan Lodi scored the winner at Old Trafford to eliminate the Red Devils.
This leaves Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester City as the remaining English hopes in the competition.

Holders overcome Lille
European champions Chelsea became the third Premier League club to reach the quarter-finals on Wednesday night with a comeback victory over Lille.
Having defeated the reigning Ligue 1 champions 2-0 in the first leg, the Blues came from behind to win the second 2-1 thanks to goals from Christian Pulisic and Cesar Azpilicueta.
Can Thomas Tuchel's side defend their crown?

City's masterclass
As for Manchester City, they all but wrapped up quarter-final qualification after their first last-16 leg against Sporting Lisbon.
The defending Premier League champions blew away the Portuguese club, winning 5-0 away from home to take control of the tie.
City were less dazzling in the second leg, in which they were held to a goalless draw, but the job was already done.
10:11Freddie Keighley
How did they get here?
Well, let's start with Liverpool, who booked their spot in the quarters with a 2-1 aggregate victory over Inter Milan.
The Reds won 2-0 at San Siro courtesy of late goals from Roberto Firmino and Mohamed Salah.
They lost the return leg 1-0 last week but progressed to the last eight to ensure their hopes of the quadruple remain intact.
