Turan, now the manager of Super Lig club Eyupspor, was sent off after an enraged reaction during the match.
Turan had seen his side take the lead in their Turkish Super Lig clash through Ahmed Kutucu.
However, the visitors grabbed an equaliser in first-half stoppage time thanks to Youssef En-Nesyri.
Turan was left enraged during a separate incident, though, as En-Nesyri avoided punishment for headbutting an Eyupspor player.
Despite replays showing their altercation and the forward moving his head into his opponent, En-Nesyri was not sent off.

He could also be seen running onto the pitch before his coaching staff pulled him back.
Former Barcelona man Turan was later seen smoking a cigar while sat in the stands.
