Mead will be headlining the Lionesses attack for the home tournament after a season of smashing the goals in for Arsenal, netting 11 times in 22 WSL games.
Her strike partner in north London, Miedema, managed three more goals last term and will be plotting a pathway for back-to-back Euro titles with the Oranje.
Meanwhile, 2018 Ballon d'Or winner Hegerberg has returned to the fold as one of the game's premier goalscorers for Lyon.
Mead, though, has an extra advantage according to former Gunner Gemma Davison, who told talkSPORT how important the forward could be.
"[England] are solid defensively. Leah Williamson and Millie Bright, they've got some great experience in there," she said.
"Lucy Bronze goes without saying with the leadership she's got, Alex Greenwood, there's a lot of experience in the backline we just need to make sure we're finishing chances in front of goal.
"That's why Sarina [Wiegman] has gone for a bulk of attacking players in the squad because you're going to need that last bit that makes a difference which is breaking deadlocks and scoring goals.
"England are on form. Look at their build-up, the games they've just had, Beth Mead is on fire, like another level at the moment.
"I don't know what planet she's on at the moment, she's unbelievable."
The 27-year-old followed up her fine campaign for Arsenal by netting twice in a 5-1 win over the Netherlands, who Weigman used to manage, and Davison thinks it could be a three-way tussle for the Golden Boot.
Asked if she can call who the tournament's top scorer will be, the winger said: "Can I predict it? No.
"As soon as you said Hegerberg… I do think she's going to be an absolute threat, her presence alone is just unbelievable.
"But as soon as you mentioned Miedema, she's outrageous, it is going to be a massive race.
"I think those two will be the front runners, but I do think Beth Mead will have a good tournament and Ellen White's got great experience in these big tournaments.
"But I think it will be between those three, Beth Mead's finishing at the moment… she can be in there as well."
