Dutchwoman Wiegman took over the reigns from interim boss Hege Riise in September and has won her opening three games in charge with comprehensive victories over North Macedonia, Luxembourg and most recently Northern Ireland at Wembley on Saturday.
The 51-year-old arrived on these shores with plenty of pedigree, too, having won the European Championships with the Netherlands in 2017 and will be expected to help the Lionesses win their first major tournament during her time in charge.
There would be no better way for England to lift their maiden trophy than on home turf - with next summer's European Championships to be staged in England - and such victory would make up for the heart ache of finishing in fourth place at the World Cup two years ago.
Manchester City winger Hemp started for England against Northern Ireland at Wembley, and believes new Lionesses boss Wiegman has already had a huge impact on her game.
Speaking exclusively to talkSPORT, 21-year-old Hemp said: "Sarina has been amazing, especially in the camps I've had with her. She's taught me so much and I absorb everything she tells me. She's been an amazing coach and I look forward to, hopefully, continuing that throughout the season.
"She's very detailed in her coaching. She's got a way she wants us to play and how to execute it and there's so much detail that goes into our work. She's always watching and it's nice when we come away from sessions, she's always got things for me to work on.
"I need that as a player, especially as I'm not the final product and I know there's still so much more I can improve on. I like having that after every session and having things to work on and [I can] go back to my club and improve ready to come back next time. She's an unbelievable coach and I know she will, hopefully, take the England team to success."
Hemp is one of the most exciting prospects in the Women's Super League, with her pace and driving runs making her a nightmare for full backs to deal with.
The City winger impressed during her outings for Team GB at last summer's Olympics and has been influential for Man City over the last year, winning the PFA's Young Player of the Year award for the third time in her career for her performances last season.
It has, though, been a testing start to the campaign for Man City, who currently sit in ninth place in the WSL after an opening few weeks which have been marred by injury.
City have been without the likes of first choice goalkeeper Ellie Roebuck, captain Steph Houghton and Lucy Bronze, among others, in the opening weeks of the season and have already been dumped out of the Champions League by Real Madrid.
Given their budget, as well as the players, at their disposal, City were expected to be WSL title contenders once again this season after finishing second last time around and pressure started to mount on boss Gareth Taylor following consecutive defeats to Tottenham Hotspur, Arsenal and West Ham.
However, that losing run was halted with an entertaining 2-2 draw against arch-rivals Manchester United, which saw City play for 55 minutes with ten players after Georgia Stanway's first half red card.
Hemp is confident that draw with United can be a turning point and still believes City can win silverware this season.
On City's start to the campaign, Hemp added: "It's been quite challenging, especially having so many players out injured which has been unfortunate as well. But it's not really an excuse. There are players who are still on the pitch and capable of getting results and we should be getting results.
"Like I said, unfortunately we haven't been [getting results] but we've been making sure we've been putting things right in training and we've been working hard and been competitive. It's important we carry on with that belief because we are a big club and we can go onto achieve things.
"There is still so much at stake and still so many trophies still to play for. So, we're really excited for the rest of the season. I know the results will come for us and it's only a matter of time.
"As a team, we'd love to push for all the trophies that are still up for grabs, like the league, FA Cup and the Conti Cup. There are two FA Cups that we could possibly get our hands on. It's exciting to see what this season can hold and I'm really excited for that.
"Personally, I'd love to contribute to the team as much as possible and continue to get England call-ups as well. Whether that's contributing with goals and assists or just creating chances for the team, I want to keep doing that and I'm really excited for the rest of the season."
