The Spanish goalkeeper is without a club after leaving Manchester United at the end of his contract in the summer.
While De Gea was linked with moves to both Real Madrid and Bayern Munich, the 32-year-old is still without a club, despite being spotted watching Man United Women last week.
But without an employer, De Gea hasn't rested on his laurels after working on the eSports team that he founded in 2021, called Rebels Gaming who feature in a number of eSports tournaments on games including League of Legends, Rainbow Six Seige and Valorant.
A year later, De Gea's former teammates Bruno Fernandes and Juan Mata also came on board as shareholders.
Rebels Gaming has 28,000 followers on Instagram with De Gea being pictured sporting their brand new kit.

Fans must patiently wait to see where De Gea ends up playing next as he eagerly waits for his next opportunity in football.
Given that he's a free agent, the Spanish international will be able to move outside of the transfer window, meaning that De Gea will be waiting keenly by his phone for any proposal to arise.
The 32-year-old had been linked to a move to Real Madrid, before they signed Kepa Arrizabalaga, while Bayern Munich was mooted but he is still without a club.
