Former Barcelona defender Dani Alves could continue his playing career in MLS with the Seattle Sounders.
They have a good chance of acquiring his services for next season as Brazil national team coach Tite has recommended the defender to the American side.
According to Grupo IMAGEN journalist Roberto Lopez Olvera, Dani Alves wants to fight for one of the few titles he does not have, the World Cup. The 39-year-old Alves' presence in Qatar could be possible if he joins MLS.
The Seattle Sounders' are said to be willing to offer a million dollars more in the United States than in Mexico.
Alves has also received interest from LaLiga Santander teams and could continue the end of his professional career in Spain.
As mentioned, one of the major drivers behind the desire for competitive football is that Dani Alves would like to be in the Brazil squad for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
He is currently the player with the most titles won in history with 42, ahead of Leo Messi's 40. Among them, an Olympic gold medal, two America Cups and three Champions League titles.
He is missing a World Cup though and there is a good chance that should he impress for the rest of the calendar year, Tite will take him to Qatar to compete for the biggest trophy of them all.
