Chelsea scored two goals in stoppage time to win 3-1 against Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park.
The Blues came from one behind to pick up a crucial three points as they built on a huge FA Cup last week.
Jefferson Lerma scored a stunner to put Palace ahead in the first half but Conor Gallagher hit back just after the break.
Roy Hodgson's side looked to be holding onto a draw, however, Gallagher struck again in the 90th minute to turn the game around.
Enzo Fernandez then added another in stoppage time to seal an important win.
